Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it doesn’t need a credit card. The free plan includes unlimited instant badges, 10 full analyses a month on 1 job board. ATS matching on your uploaded resumes is included too.

What counts as an analysis?

One full analysis of one job: the company, poster, scam and cross-platform checks, with the full report. Instant badges and ATS matches never count.

Question 3

Does re-checking the same job use another analysis?

Accepted Answer

Not within 7 days. If the same job was analyzed recently, UnitPulse reuses that result and doesn’t charge a credit.

Question 4

When do my analyses reset, and do unused ones roll over?

Accepted Answer

Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused analyses don’t roll over. The allowance is shared between the extension and the web app.

What are platform slots?

Each plan lets you activate a number of job boards: Free 1, Basic 3, Professional 6 (counting live and beta boards), and every supported platform on Enterprise. Only your active platforms are scored in the extension.

Can I switch platforms?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you haven’t analyzed a job on that platform this billing cycle. A platform you’ve used stays active until your next renewal, so limits can’t be worked around by rotating. Unused platforms can be swapped any time.

Can I add one more platform without upgrading?

Not separately right now. You can swap an unused platform any time, or move up a plan: Professional includes up to 6 and Enterprise includes every supported platform.

Question 8

Is annual billing cheaper?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paying annually saves 15% on Basic and Professional. Basic is $14 a month or $142.80 a year, and Professional is $25 a month or $255 a year.

Question 9

Can I cancel or downgrade any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you keep your current plan until then. After that, your account moves to the new plan (or Free), and platforms above its limits may be turned off. Nothing is deleted.

Question 10

Who processes payments?

Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller on your receipt, handles card payments, sales tax and VAT, and sends your invoices. We never see or store your card details.

Question 11

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you’re not happy with a paid plan, email contact@unitpulse.io within 14 days of being charged and we’ll refund that charge in full. After 14 days, payments aren’t refundable except where the law requires.

What’s the difference between Basic, Professional and Enterprise?

Basic ($14/mo) is for an active job search: 3 platforms and 150 analyses. Professional ($25/mo) adds the best way to apply on every report, up to 6 job platforms (live and beta) and 600 analyses. Enterprise is for teams, priced with you: every supported platform, 3,000 pooled analyses and seats sized to your team.

Can my team share an account?
